Netsuite Next at Oracle
As the UX lead for the Manufacturing pillar of Netsuite Next, I designed high-density interfaces for global industrial operations. I focused on translating intricate business logic into scalable interaction patterns and data-heavy workflows, ensuring the system remained intuitive for high-pressure production environments.
Slingshot at Infragistics
Taking ownership of the Goals & OKRs platform, I managed the end-to-end product design and onboarding experience. Partnering directly with the CEO, I translated executive vision into a specialized “one-off” experience that evolved the design system while maintaining strict architectural consistency.
Modelo Ceibal & UNICEF
Led the UX for a Ceibal and UNICEF initiative: a regional knowledge-transfer portal designed to share tech-ed expertise. Based on interviews with ministry officials from LATAM nations (including Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Ecuador) I architected a tiered information system that personalizes the experience for different user profiles, balancing high-level institutional overviews with deep-dive technical implementation guides.
ShipRush & OzLink at DSG
I developed interaction systems for two distinct enterprise tools: ShipRush, an e-commerce shipping platform focused on merchant workflow efficiency, and OzLink, a warehouse management application integrated with Oracle systems. I focused on streamlining complex inventory logic and refining interaction handoffs for global supply chain providers.
